These terms will apply when you rent a power bank from an AzizCharge kiosk. AzizCharge is a business name of Aziz Services (Saqib Aziz, sole proprietor), Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. Contact: 647-967-2742 · [email protected].

1. How a rental works

1. Check the price before you pay.
2. Pay by card at the kiosk.
3. Your rental starts when the power bank is released and ends when the kiosk confirms the return.

• All prices are in Canadian dollars. The price shown at the kiosk when you start applies to your rental.

3. Late and unreturned power banks

Details on late returns, unreturned power banks and any related charges To be confirmed before launch They will be posted here, at the kiosk and on the QR help page before launch, and will match exactly.

Damage: if a power bank is returned clearly damaged on purpose (not normal wear), we may contact you about it. Charges To be confirmed before launch

Faulty power bank: if it doesn’t charge, return it to the kiosk and contact us. We’ll help.

4. Safety rules

• Use only to charge your phone or a small device. Don’t open, puncture, crush, wet or heat the power bank.
• If it gets hot, swells, smells or smokes, stop using it, put it somewhere safe away from anything that can burn, and contact us right away. Don’t put a damaged power bank back into a kiosk.
• Don’t take power banks into saunas, pools or showers.
• Children should use power banks only with adult supervision.

5. Charges and disputes

• Think you were charged incorrectly? Contact us with the date, time and kiosk location. Time limit To be confirmed before launch
• Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank so we can fix it faster.

6. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. We never see or store your full card number.

7. Other

• We may update prices or these terms. The price shown at the kiosk when you start applies to that rental.
• Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Ontario consumer protection law.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario.
